ADVANCED DRAWING

This course will help the intermediate drawer expand in both technique and skill.  Drawing in different ways will be explored developing the mind and eye, liberating the hand and eliminating fears.  Of course, observation is essential, and one needs to develop ones’ ability to perceive and implement that information at the same time to evolve as an artist.  One also needs to increase the amount and diversity of different materials and media to understand how these compliment one another.  Subject matter is also key to ones’ own development.  If you want to take this course you need to collect your own materials and sometimes you will be required to formulate your own ideas and approaches to your art making.
