Monotype printing is a fairly easy but also intensely involving form of art. Monotype printing refers to a method whereby you 'ink' a plate (plexiglass or similar) and then create different images on it through various means to print on specialized paper.
There are different forms of monotyping - masking, negative and pressure drawing to name a few. They all are amazing art forms and can produce great works of art. I've also been privileged enough to share studio space with Art Print SA and various artists, and did workshops with Theo Paul Vorster who enticed me to explore these techniques.
